Cancellation Policy
Course Completion Requirement: Downloadable files included in your package are only accessible upon full completion of the course. Live Session Access (If Applicable): Live sessions are available for one-time access and can be scheduled after completing the course. Refunds and Cancellations: All cancellations, reschedules, or technical issues do not qualify for refunds. Clients will receive a rescheduled session, credit toward future services, or alternate delivery (e.g., recording or downloadable content). Live Session Rescheduling (If Applicable): Live sessions can be rescheduled up to 2 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling is not permitted less than 2 days before the appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in cancellation without a rescheduling option. Use of Downloadable Materials: Templates, guides, and workbooks are for personal use only. These materials may not be modified for resale, sublicensed, shared with clients, included in memberships, or given away for free. By participating in our courses, you agree to these terms.
