Interior Essentials LLC provides educational programs, courses, tools, guides, templates, checklists, digital resources, and related materials (collectively, the “Materials”) for general educational and informational purposes.
Unless expressly provided under a separate written consulting agreement, the Materials do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, real estate, housing, medical, mental health, construction, property management, or other licensed professional advice.
Participants and partner institutions are responsible for determining whether information presented through the Materials is appropriate for their individual circumstances, institutional policies, and applicable requirements. When appropriate, users should consult qualified professionals regarding specific legal, financial, housing, health, institutional, or other professional matters.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Interior Essentials LLC does not guarantee specific educational, academic, financial, career, housing, personal, institutional, or other outcomes resulting from participation in or use of the Materials.
Individual and institutional outcomes may vary based on participation, implementation, individual circumstances, institutional practices, external conditions, and other factors beyond the control of Interior Essentials LLC.
Independent Decision-Making Responsibility
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and use of information provided through Interior Essentials LLC programs and resources.
Interior Essentials LLC does not make decisions on behalf of participants or institutions and does not assume responsibility for decisions made or actions taken based solely on educational Materials.
Institutional partners remain responsible for their own policies, procedures, student services, administrative decisions, and compliance obligations.
No Affiliation or Endorsement
Access to or participation in an Interior Essentials LLC program does not, by itself, constitute endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or approval by any university, college, government agency, nonprofit organization, housing organization, employer, or other participating entity unless such relationship is expressly identified.
Interior Essentials LLC does not endorse specific third-party products, vendors, service providers, landlords, lenders, or other organizations unless explicitly stated in writing.
Compliance With Applicable Requirements
Interior Essentials LLC programs and Materials are designed for general educational use and may not reflect every law, regulation, institutional policy, professional requirement, or local circumstance applicable to a particular participant or organization.
Participants and partner institutions remain responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, institutional policies, and other requirements relevant to their circumstances.
Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All program content, curriculum, frameworks, methodologies, terminology, written materials, templates, checklists, guides, graphics, videos, downloadable resources, branding, logos, and presentation materials provided by Interior Essentials LLC are owned by or licensed to Interior Essentials LLC unless otherwise stated.
The Interior Essentials Readiness Framework™, Student Life Readiness Program materials, and associated educational resources are proprietary materials of Interior Essentials LLC.
Access to Materials does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to any participant, institution, or third party.
Materials may not be reproduced, modified, republished, resold, sublicensed, publicly displayed, uploaded to another platform, distributed outside the authorized audience, or used to create derivative educational products without prior written permission from Interior Essentials LLC.
Authorized institutional use is governed by the applicable partnership agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, Statement of Partnership, licensing terms, or other written agreement between Interior Essentials LLC and the partner institution.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Interior Essentials LLC is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance upon, misuse of, or inability to access educational Materials, except where responsibility cannot legally be limited or excluded.
For institutional partnerships, applicable liability provisions are governed by the executed agreement between Interior Essentials LLC and the partner institution.
STUDENT LIFE READINESS PROGRAM & INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
Institutional Program Terms
The Student Life Readiness Program is an educational program offered by Interior Essentials LLC to colleges, universities, organizations, departments, and other approved institutional partners.
Institutional access, student eligibility, authorized users, implementation responsibilities, program term, pricing, licensing, support, renewal, and other partnership-specific requirements are governed by the applicable proposal, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Statement of Partnership (SOP), and/or other executed agreement between Interior Essentials LLC and the partner institution.
If these website Terms conflict with an executed institutional agreement, the executed agreement will govern with respect to that partnership.
Authorized Access
Program access is limited to students, personnel, departments, or other users authorized under the applicable institutional partnership. Login credentials, access codes, review links, and licensed Materials may not be shared with unauthorized individuals or organizations.
Program Integrity
Partner institutions and authorized users may use Student Life Readiness Program Materials only for the educational and institutional purposes permitted under their partnership agreement.
Program Materials may not be copied, modified, reproduced, uploaded to another learning platform, publicly distributed, resold, sublicensed, or incorporated into another curriculum or commercial offering without written authorization from Interior Essentials LLC.
Institutional Responsibilities
Partner institutions remain responsible for their own institutional policies, student communications, student services, administrative decisions, accommodations, technology requirements, and legal or regulatory obligations.
Interior Essentials LLC provides the Student Life Readiness Program and related partnership support according to the scope established in the applicable partnership agreement.
Student Information & Privacy
Interior Essentials LLC will use information collected through its website and program platform in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable contractual requirements.
Institutional partners should not provide confidential student records or sensitive student information to Interior Essentials LLC unless such disclosure is necessary, authorized, and addressed by the applicable agreement.
Where FERPA or other student privacy requirements apply, the respective responsibilities of Interior Essentials LLC and the partner institution will be governed by applicable law and the executed institutional agreement.
Program Updates
Interior Essentials LLC may periodically update program content, resources, technology, instructional materials, or program organization to maintain quality, relevance, accessibility, and alignment with the Student Life Readiness Program framework.
Material changes affecting an active institutional partnership will be handled in accordance with the applicable partnership agreement.
Review & Demo Access
Complimentary review or demonstration access is provided solely for institutional evaluation.
Review links, access codes, sample lessons, downloadable resources, and other demonstration Materials are confidential and may not be publicly distributed, reproduced, or shared outside the reviewing organization without written permission from Interior Essentials LLC.
Review access does not constitute a partnership, license, purchase, or commitment by either party.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS & INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT TERMS
Individual Program Access
Individual programs, courses, and educational resources offered through Interior Essentials LLC are intended for the individual participant who enrolls or receives authorized access.
Access credentials and purchased or assigned Materials are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Housing & Property-Related Educational Materials
For programs containing housing, rental, maintenance, property, or home-readiness education, the Materials do not modify, supplement, or override any lease, rental agreement, property rules, institutional housing policy, maintenance protocol, or other governing agreement.
The Materials do not create tenant, landlord, homeowner, or property-management rights or obligations.
Participants should follow official agreements, policies, instructions, applicable laws, and guidance from appropriate qualified professionals.
Program Access Duration:
Participants have 12 months of access to all course materials from the date of enrollment.
Extension Policy:
If additional time is needed, participants may request an extension within 30 days of access expiration. Extensions may be granted for a nominal fee or limited time based on program updates and availability.
Course Updates:
Updates or new versions released after your access period may require re-enrollment to ensure the most current information.
Non-Completion:
If a participant does not complete the program within the access period, previously completed materials will remain recorded in their profile, but access to new lessons and downloadable resources will close.
Course Completion Requirement:
Downloadable files included in your package are only accessible upon full completion of the course.
Live Session Access (If Applicable):
Live sessions are available for one-time access and can be scheduled after completing the course.
Refunds and Cancellations:
All cancellations, reschedules, or technical issues do not qualify for refunds. Clients will receive a rescheduled session, credit toward future services, or alternate delivery (e.g., recording or downloadable content).
Live Session Rescheduling (If Applicable):
Live sessions can be rescheduled up to 2 days before the scheduled date.
Rescheduling is not permitted less than 2 days before the appointment.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in cancellation without a rescheduling option.
Use of Individual Program Downloads
Downloadable templates, guides, worksheets, workbooks, and other resources provided through individual programs are licensed for the participant's personal educational use only.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, Materials may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, shared publicly, included in another course or membership, provided to clients, or otherwise commercially distributed.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Interior Essentials LLC website, programs, courses, Materials, or resources, users acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions as applicable to their use.
Institutional partnerships may be subject to additional written agreements. Where an executed institutional agreement contains terms that differ from these website Terms, the executed agreement will govern the institutional partnership.
Interior Essentials LLC reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
