The content, materials, courses, tools, checklists, guides, and resources provided by Interior Essentials LLC (collectively, the “Materials”) are offered solely for general educational and informational purposes.

The Materials are not intended to constitute, and should not be interpreted as, legal advice, financial advice, real estate advice, housing placement guidance, property management instruction, maintenance instruction, construction guidance, or professional consulting of any kind.

Participants are encouraged to seek advice from qualified professionals, including licensed attorneys, financial advisors, housing counselors, real estate professionals, or property management representatives, regarding their specific circumstances.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Interior Essentials LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding outcomes, results, savings, financial improvements, housing stability, maintenance performance, or personal circumstances arising from the use of the Materials.

Individual outcomes may vary based on personal decisions, financial conditions, housing arrangements, local regulations, and other external factors beyond the control of Interior Essentials LLC.

Independent Decision-Making Responsibility

All decisions related to housing, finances, tenancy, property use, maintenance requests, purchases, or lifestyle choices remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

Interior Essentials LLC does not make decisions on behalf of participants and does not assume responsibility for actions taken or not taken based on the Materials.

No Affiliation or Endorsement

Participation in or access to the Materials does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by any partnering institution, property management company, university, nonprofit organization, financial wellness program, or housing authority.

Similarly, Interior Essentials LLC does not endorse specific landlords, lenders, products, services, or vendors unless explicitly stated in writing.

Partner Role Limitation

Partner organizations serve only as referral or distribution channels and do not provide, manage, control, or supervise the Materials.

Partner organizations assume no liability or responsibility for the content, use, interpretation, or outcomes associated with the Materials.

No Lease, Policy, or Program Modification

For property-related partnerships, the Materials:

Do not modify, supplement, or override any lease, rental agreement, house rules, policies, or procedures
Are not a substitute for property management instructions or maintenance protocols
Do not create tenant rights or obligations

Participants must follow all official agreements, policies, and instructions issued by their housing provider or institution.

Compliance & Jurisdiction

The Materials are intended for general use and may not reflect local laws, regulations, housing codes, or institutional policies. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property Protection

All Materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Interior Essentials LLC, unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Course content
Written materials
Frameworks, methodologies, and terminology
Checklists, templates, and guides
Branding, logos, and presentation materials

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or public display of the Materials without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

All digital content, regardless of delivery method, is protected by U.S. copyright laws. Access to digital content is limited to the original user/assignee and is non-transferable. Interior Essentials LLC may, at its option, revoke access or pursue damages if a user violates copyright law or Interior Essentials LLC's terms and agreements.

All content is copyrighted by Interior Essentials LLC. Copyright protection extends to all variations and future updates of any Interior Essentials LLC content, e.g., guide/ course content, downloadable documentation from guide/ courses, eBooks, advertisements, videos, or audio content-related material. No part, either text or images, may be used for any purpose other than personal use. Reproduction, modifications, storage in a retrieval system or retransmission, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, or written permission, contact at interioressentialsllc@gmail.com

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interior Essentials LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Materials.

Program Access Duration:
Participants have 12 months of access to all course materials from the date of enrollment.

Extension Policy:
If additional time is needed, participants may request an extension within 30 days of access expiration. Extensions may be granted for a nominal fee or limited time based on program updates and availability.

Course Updates:
Updates or new versions released after your access period may require re-enrollment to ensure the most current information.

Non-Completion:
If a participant does not complete the program within the access period, previously completed materials will remain recorded in their profile, but access to new lessons and downloadable resources will close.

Course Completion Requirement:

Downloadable files included in your package are only accessible upon full completion of the course.

Live Session Access (If Applicable):

Live sessions are available for one-time access and can be scheduled after completing the course.

Refunds and Cancellations:

All cancellations, reschedules, or technical issues do not qualify for refunds. Clients will receive a rescheduled session, credit toward future services, or alternate delivery (e.g., recording or downloadable content).

Live Session Rescheduling (If Applicable):

Live sessions can be rescheduled up to 2 days before the scheduled date.

Rescheduling is not permitted less than 2 days before the appointment.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in cancellation without a rescheduling option.

Use of Downloadable Materials:

Templates, guides, and workbooks are for personal use only. These materials may not be modified for resale, sublicensed, shared with clients, included in memberships, or given away for free.

This applies to all service tiers (Essentials, Masterclass, Premium, etc.). It also covers live sessions, pre-recorded videos, and hybrid events.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing enrolling/ participating or using the Materials, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and the accompanying Terms and Conditions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
